How RTT® Differs from Traditional Hypnotherapy

While traditional hypnotherapy also utilises the power of suggestion and focuses on the subconscious mind, it generally concentrates on symptom management rather than addressing the root cause. Hypnotherapy often requires multiple sessions over a longer period to achieve changes. RTT® differentiates itself by aiming for profound transformations within one to three sessions by not only using hypnosis but combining it with other therapeutic techniques to tackle the issue’s origin directly.

What Does an RTT® Session Feel Like?

Experiencing RTT® can vary greatly from one person to another, but common to all is a sense of deep engagement with your inner self. Some describe the experience as akin to a deep, meditative state. It’s normal for some individuals to feel slightly sleepy, yet throughout the session, you remain awake and responsive, actively communicating with me. This ensures that the therapy is tailored continuously to your reactions and feelings as we progress.

What to Expect from an RTT® Session

Embarking on a journey with Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a step toward discovering and unlocking your full potential. Here's a detailed guide on what to expect during your RTT® session, ensuring you are fully prepared and informed about the process:

Step 1: Pre-Session Questionnaire

Once you book your session, you'll be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire. This is your opportunity to share about yourself, your history, and the challenges you're facing. The information you provide will help me tailor the therapy specifically to your needs, making the session as effective as possible.

 

Step 2: Initial Discussion

Your RTT® session will begin with a 20-minute conversation via Zoom. During this time, we will review your completed questionnaire, discuss your specific goals, and what you hope to achieve from the therapy. This discussion is crucial as it sets the direction for the session and ensures we focus precisely on what matters most to you.

 

Step 3: Deep Dive into Therapy

The main therapy session involves techniques that integrate the best elements of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies. This powerful combination is designed to lead you directly to the core of your psychological challenges. We will explore the root causes of your issues, which are often tied to deeply ingrained beliefs and past experiences. This part of the session is aimed at understanding and reshaping these foundations in a way that promotes healing and personal growth.

 

Step 4: Personalised Transformation Recording

At the end of your session, you will receive a personalized transformation recording, lasting between 10 to 20 minutes. This recording is crafted based on the discoveries and work done during your session. You are required to listen to this recording for a minimum of 21 days to reinforce the changes initiated during the therapy. This continuous listening helps to establish new, positive neural pathways and solidify the transformation.

 

Step 5: Your Role in Transformation

It’s important to understand that the success of RTT® largely depends on your commitment to the process. The session itself accounts for about 60% of the transformation, while the remaining 40% relies on your dedication to listening to your transformation recording as prescribed. This ongoing engagement is crucial for achieving the full benefits of RTT®.
