Traditional meditation approach does not always work for a busy mind.

If your thoughts are often racing, your body feels tense, or switching off feels harder than it should, this workshop offers a more supportive approach.


Meditation for Busy Minds was created for those who want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of their inner state, but find traditional meditation approach difficult. When your mind is busy, being told to simply “watch your thoughts” does not always help. This workshop is designed to give you practical tools that feel more achievable, supportive, and effective.


Inside the workshop, you will learn meditation and mindfulness practices for busy minds, along with techniques from clinical hypnotherapy, to help you guide yourself into a state of relaxation.


This is not just about feeling calm during the workshop.
