I’m Natalia, a qualified clinical hypnotherapist based in Sydney’s Inner West. Many of my clients are professionals or business owners who appear to be managing life well on the outside, but privately feel stuck, anxious, or held back in ways they can’t quite explain.

My work is calm, practical, and collaborative. I use hypnotherapy and nervous-system–aware approaches, including Rapid Transformational Therapy, to help uncover what’s happening beneath the surface — and to support change without pressure, force, or the feeling that you need to “try harder.”
