Sydney-based RTT® Clinical Hypnotherapist & Executive Coach offering in-person and online sessions

Hi, I’m Natalia — a Sydney-based certified hypnotherapist and Executive coach.​ I work with capable, driven individuals who appear to have it all together on the outside, yet feel caught in anxiety, self-doubt, or constant internal pressure on the inside.

I specialise in helping clients rewire anxiety and boost confidence through a variety of subconscious techniques, including clinical hypnosis, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT), and trauma-informed breathwork. 

My approach is grounded, calm, and deeply respectful of your autonomy. I don’t believe in quick fixes or forcing change — I work with you to gently uncover and shift the inner patterns beneath the surface, so change feels steady, natural, and lasting.

Sessions are available in person in Balmain and Five Dock (Sydney Inner West), as well as online via Zoom — whichever feels right for you. And if we meet online, you may even be joined by my two feline companions, their calm presence brings a little extra grounding to our space.
