I offer transformational breathwork in a few different formats, depending on the level of support and personalisation you’re looking for.

For busy professionals experiencing ongoing stress, nervous system overload, or emotional fatigue, 1:1 breathwork sessions provide the most tailored and supportive experience. These sessions are designed around your individual needs, goals, and nervous system capacity, allowing you to slow down, regulate, and reset in a safe, contained space.

I also offer small group breathwork sessions and workshops at select times throughout the year. These provide an opportunity to experience breathwork in a shared setting, while still maintaining depth, safety, and intention.

Whether you’re looking to regulate stress, move through a challenging period, or reconnect with your body in a more grounded way, I’ll meet you where you are and support you through your breathwork journey.

What to Expect in Your 1:1 Breathwork Session in Sydney

In a 1:1 transformational breathwork session in Sydney, you’ll be held in a calm, safe, and supportive space where you can slow down and reconnect with your body. These sessions are designed to help you step out of stress and mental overload, and into a more regulated, grounded state.

You’ll be gently guided through conscious breathing techniques tailored to your nervous system and current needs. We will use your breath as the entry point, helping your body release stored tension, quiet the mind, and access deeper layers of emotional awareness — without needing to talk through your experiences.

Each session is personalised and unfolds at your pace. Some sessions feel deeply calming and regulating, while others may allow emotional release or insight. There is no “right” experience — your body leads the process, and you remain fully present and in control throughout.

Sessions typically last around 60 minutes and are offered in person in Sydney (Five Dock or Balmain), as well as online, depending on what best suits your needs.

Breathwork As Part of a Broader Healing Journey

When breathwork is included as part of your broader healing journey and we combine it with Rapid Transformational Therapy and/or Hypnotherapy, I may also integrate guided visualisation and simple mind-rewiring techniques inspired by neuroscience and NLP. These tools use language, imagery, and intention to support subconscious shifts and help reinforce the changes your body is already making through the breath.

Alongside my 1:1 transformational breathwork sessions, I also offer a deeper, optional experience for times when your nervous system feels especially overloaded and you’d like additional support without talking or analysing.

 

Breathwork with Access Bars is a gentle, body-based session that combines conscious breathing with focused energy work. While breathwork supports emotional release and nervous system regulation through the body, Access Bars helps calm mental overactivity and release accumulated cognitive and emotional tension by lightly working with specific Access Bars points on the head.

Many people experience this combination as deeply relaxing, grounding, and restorative — particularly if they feel mentally “full,” emotionally fatigued, or stuck in repetitive thought patterns.

This experience may be especially supportive if you:

  • Feel mentally overloaded or constantly “on”

  • Want deeper nervous system regulation without verbal processing
