What is Rapid Transformational Therapy®?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a therapeutic approach developed by renowned British therapist Marisa Peer, who I had the pleasure of learning from directly during a live RTT® training in Dubai.
Many clients come to RTT® when they feel stuck in repeating patterns such as anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, procrastination, low confidence or feeling “not good enough,” and want to shift what is happening beneath the surface.
RTT® brings together elements of hypnotherapy, subconscious change work, cognitive reframing and practical therapeutic techniques to help uncover and update the beliefs behind repeating patterns.
What makes RTT® different is how quickly it can create meaningful change, often within just three sessions.

Before training in RTT®, I was already working as a hypnotherapist and coach in Sydney, supporting clients through subconscious work, coaching and mind-body approaches.
What stood out to me about RTT® was how focused and efficient it is. Many clients come to this work after trying approaches that helped for a while, but did not fully shift what was happening underneath. They may understand the issue logically, yet still find themselves reacting, hesitating, overthinking or feeling triggered in the same familiar way.

What to expect from an RTT® session?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® session is not simply talking about the issue or listening to general hypnosis. It follows a structured process designed to help you understand the root of the pattern and begin changing the meaning your mind attached to it.
An RTT® session is usually longer than a standard hypnotherapy session, so you will need a private, uninterrupted space and enough time afterwards not to rush. You remain aware and in control throughout the session.
Investigate
We explore where the pattern may have started, not to blame the past, but to understand what your mind learned to believe.
Interpret
We gently examine what's beneath the story your subconscious attached to your experiences, since it's rarely the event itself that causes the reaction.
Interrupt
We begin challenging and updating the old belief, response or protective pattern that no longer serves you.

Install
We reinforce the new belief, emotional response and direction through therapeutic suggestions and your personalised recording.
Is RTT® the same as hypnotherapy?
RTT® is not exactly the same as general hypnotherapy, although it uses hypnosis as part of the process.
Rapid Transformational Therapy® is often described as going beyond traditional hypnotherapy, usually meaning suggestion-based hypnotherapy, which focuses mainly on reinforcing positive suggestions while the client is in a relaxed state. Hypnotherapy as a whole is actually a much broader field. Modern hypnotherapy can include a wide range of approaches, depending on the client, the practitioner and the goal of the session.RTT® follows a more specific framework.
Neither RTT® nor hypnotherapy is automatically better. The best approach depends on your goal, your nervous system, and what feels most appropriate for you. In your consultation, we can decide whether RTT®, hypnotherapy, breathwork or a combination is the best fit.
