Once you accept it, the session is automatically added to your calendar with all the relevant details, including your unique Zoom link, so everything is in one place and easy to access when the time comes.
Accepting the calendar invitation ensures the session appears in your local time zone, so you can book with confidence even if you’re travelling or working across different locations.
At the scheduled time, you simply click the Zoom link from your calendar or email and follow the on-screen instructions. You’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room, and I’ll admit you to the session at the agreed time. From there, we work together in the same structured, focused way as a face-to-face session.
Zoom’s waiting room feature prevents anyone else from entering your session, and each appointment uses a unique link and password. This ensures confidentiality and a professional, secure experience.
