As long as you can see and hear me clearly, we can work together in much the same way as we would in an in-person session.

How Online Hypnotherapy Works
Online sessions are simple and easy to access.​

Step 1: Book your session
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a calendar invitation with your unique Zoom link.

Step 2: Choose a quiet private space
Before your session, find somewhere comfortable where you won’t be interrupted. Ideally, use a laptop or computer, and have headphones nearby if you prefer them.

Step 3: Join the Zoom session
At your appointment time, simply click the Zoom link. You’ll enter a virtual waiting room, and I’ll admit you when the session begins.

Step 4: We begin with a conversation
We start by talking through what has been happening, what you would like to change, and what you want to get out of the session.

Step 5: Guided hypnotherapy
When you’re ready, I guide you into a relaxed, focused state and we begin the subconscious change work.
You don’t need to know how to “do hypnosis.” I guide the process, and you remain aware and in control the whole time.

What If the Internet Drops Out?
This is one of the most common questions people have about online hypnosis.

If the internet connection drops during the session, you are completely safe.
​
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused awareness. You cannot get “stuck” in hypnosis. If the connection is interrupted, you will either naturally return to normal waking awareness or simply become aware that the sound has stopped.
​
Before we begin, I’ll explain what to do if there are any technical issues. If needed, I’ll contact you by phone, text, or email so we can reconnect and continue.

Most of the time, these issues are rare and easy to manage.
Is Online Hypnotherapy Private and Confidential?
Yes. Online sessions are conducted live via Zoom and are treated with the same care, privacy, and confidentiality as in-person sessions.

You’ll receive a unique Zoom link for your appointment, and you’ll enter a waiting room before being admitted to the session.

For your own privacy, it’s important that you choose a space where you feel comfortable speaking openly and won’t be interrupted.

I do not record the full session. If appropriate, and if you request it, I may be able to record the hypnosis portion of the session as an audio file for you to listen to afterwards.
