Ways We Can Work Together
Below are the main ways clients choose to work with me. You don’t need to decide which approach is right — we’ll talk that through together during your clarity call.

Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Work
This is the core of my work and the most common way clients begin. I work with people experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, phobias, and patterns that feel difficult to shift through thinking or talking alone.
Sessions are calm, structured, and personalised. We work at a pace that feels safe and supportive, focusing on subconscious patterns beneath the surface — without forcing change or over-analysing.
Sessions are available in person in Balmain and Five Dock (Sydney Inner West), as well as online via Zoom.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT)
Some clients specifically seek Rapid Transformational Therapy because they’re looking for focused subconscious work that helps uncover root causes and create meaningful shifts efficiently.
RTT is a form of hypnotherapy that integrates NLP, psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioural techniques, along with personalised reinforcement tools to support change beyond the session.
If you’re unsure whether RTT is the right approach for you, we’ll talk it through during your clarity call and decide together what feels most appropriate.

Trauma-Informed Breathwork Sessions
I offer trauma-informed transformational breathwork in Sydney and online for people drawn to body-based approaches to regulation, emotional release, and nervous system support.
Some clients come specifically for breathwork as a standalone practice, while others experience it alongside hypnotherapy or RTT as part of a broader therapeutic process.
Sessions are carefully facilitated, grounded in safety, attunement, and nervous system awareness — never forced, overwhelming, or intense.
Online & In-Person Sydney Sessions
In-Person (Sydney Inner West)
Sessions are available in Balmain and Five Dock in calm, private settings.
Online (Via Zoom)
Online sessions are just as effective for many people and allow you to relax in your own space. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of working online.
