If your mind has been loud, your body has been tense, or you’ve been carrying more than you realise, this session is for you.

In this small group experience, I’ll guide you through a nervous system reset using a safe, supportive breathwork journey followed by grounding integration.

 

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

 

What to expect

  • A short arrival & intention set

  • Guided breathwork to release stress and bring you back to centre

  • Integration to help your body settle and lock in the shift

  • Gentle space to reconnect, reset, and exhale

Switch Off Your Busy Mind  - Half Day Workshop 

Master Self-Hypnosis & Meditation Skills and take charge of your 'Monkey' mind

If your mind won’t switch off, this workshop will teach you practical techniques to calm your nervous system, slow racing thoughts, and access deep relaxation. You’ll experience self-hypnosis in a grounded, safe way and leave with tools you can actually use during the week.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to:

 

  • downshift stress quickly (even when your mind is loud)

  • use self-hypnosis safely to reduce stress, improve sleep, and build confidence

  • experience what a hypnotic state feels like (so it’s no longer mysterious)

  • build a simple daily practice you’ll actually stick to (even with a busy schedule)

No prior meditation, breathwork or hypnosis experience required.

This is a great fit if you:

  • feel mentally “on” all the time

  • experience anxiety or mental exhaustion

  • find meditation hard because your mind is busy

  • want practical tools to help you take charge of your mind

  • are curious about hypnosis but want to experience it in a grounded way​

  • want better sleep and an off-switch after work

Who it’s not for

  • This isn’t a fit if you’re looking for a purely spiritual experience or you want a “quick fix” without practice.

FAQs 1. Do I need experience with meditation? No. This is designed for busy minds. You’ll learn practical ways to get into a calm state even if you struggle to “switch off.” 2. Will I be unconscious or out of control? No. Hypnosis is focused attention and deep relaxation — you remain aware and in control. 3. What if I can’t be hypnotised? Most people can enter a hypnotic state when they feel safe and understand the process. You’ll learn what to do if your mind wanders. 4. Online or in-person — which is better? Both work. In-person often feels deeper; online is incredibly practical because you’re learning in the environment where you’ll use the tools.
