This evening is designed specifically for busy minds.

 

Rather than simply guiding you through meditation, we’ll explore practical approaches that help meditation feel more natural and accessible in real life.

 

During this workshop, you’ll:

• Learn why meditation can feel difficult for analytical or overactive minds
• Explore mindfulness and meditation approaches that actually work for busy people
• Experience hypnotic techniques that help quiet mental noise and deepen relaxation
• Discover simple ways to make meditation easier to incorporate into daily life

 

You’ll also experience a guided hypnotic process that allows you to feel what this focused, calm state is like in a safe and supportive environment.

This workshop is suitable whether you are completely new to meditation or have tried it before but struggled to make it work for you.​​

• Explore three different breathwork approaches and how they affect the body and mind
• Understand how to use your breath to settle stress and create a calmer internal state
• Experience a guided transformational breathwork journey

 

This experience is both educational and experiential.

 

You’ll gain practical understanding of how breathwork works, while also allowing your body to experience the benefits directly.

Important: 

This workshop is not suitable if you have severe cardiovascular conditions, suffer from serious mental health disorders such as schizophrenia, PTSD, psychosis, bi-polar/manic disorders, or have serious heart conditions, epilepsy, abdominal or hernia issues, COPD, serious or recent eye conditions, actively using drugs or medication. FAQs about workshops and classes

1. Is this suitable if I’ve never done this before?

Yes, absolutely. These workshops are designed to feel welcoming and accessible, even if you’ve never tried breathwork, meditation, or hypnosis. Everything is guided step-by-step in a calm, supportive space. You’re always in control of your experience, and you’re welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable for you.

2. Do I need experience with meditation or breathwork?

No. This is designed for busy minds. You’ll learn practical ways to get into a calm state even if you struggle to “switch off.”

 

3. Will I be unconscious or out of control if I go to a hypnosis class or workshop?

No. Hypnosis is focused attention and deep relaxation. You remain aware and in control, and you can adjust, pause, or opt out at any time.

 

4. What if I can’t be hypnotised?

Both can be powerful — it really depends on what suits you. In-person can feel more immersive for some people, while online is wonderfully practical (and you’re learning the tools right where you’ll use them day-to-day).

 

5. Online or in-person — which is better?

Both work. In-person often feels deeper; online is incredibly practical because you’re learning in the environment where you’ll use the tools.

6. What if I feel emotional or overwhelmed?

You’re always welcome to go at your own pace. You can keep things gentle, take a break, or simply observe. I’ll guide the space in a way that prioritises safety and choice.

​

7. Can I cancel & refund my ticket if I cannot attend? 

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the workshop start time. Ticket transfers are only valid once confirmed in writing by the facilitator.

If the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered either:

  • a full refund, or

  • a credit toward a future event, where applicable
