What to Expect
Sessions in Sydney's Inner West or Online Australia-wide
If you’re considering this kind of work, it’s completely normal to feel curious, hopeful — and a little unsure.
You don’t need to fully understand hypnotherapy, RTT®, breathwork, or subconscious work before you begin. Most people arrive here with questions, mixed feelings, or a sense that something needs to change, even if they can’t yet explain it clearly.
This page is here to help you feel oriented and at ease about what working together typically looks like — so you can take the next step at your own pace, without pressure or expectation.
If at any point you feel ready to talk things through, the first step is a free initial consultation via Zoom. There’s no obligation — just a calm, confidential conversation to explore whether this work feels like the right fit for you.

Finding the Right Starting Point
You don’t need to know in advance whether hypnotherapy, RTT®, or breathwork is the “right” option for you.
We begin with a free initial consultation, where we talk through what’s been showing up for you, what you’re hoping to change, and what kind of support feels most appropriate right now.
Some clients come with a clear preference. Others aren’t sure — and that’s completely okay. There’s no expectation to decide or commit during this conversation.
Together, we look at what feels safe, supportive, and aligned for you, and take things from there at a pace that feels right.
What Happens in the Free Initial Consultation
We begin with a free initial consultation via Zoom. This is a calm, confidential conversation where we talk through what’s been happening for you and what you’re hoping to shift.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance or know how to explain things “properly.” We’ll take the conversation at your pace, and there’s no pressure to decide anything during this call.
The purpose of this step is simply to explore whether this approach feels like the right fit for you — and if not, that’s completely okay.

How We Work Together
Step 1: A Clear, Supportive Starting Point
If we decide to work together, sessions are personalised to you and what you’re experiencing. You remain aware and in control throughout the process. Nothing is forced, rushed, or imposed.
Most sessions will start by grounding, especially helpful if you’ve come from meetings, parenting, deadlines, or a mind that won’t switch off.
Then, we define what we’re working on today. Not your whole life. Not everything at once. This is where decision paralysis softens because the target becomes clear.
Step 2: Subconscious-Focused Sessions
Unless you chose to go with a specific method, like breathwork or RTT, the core of the subconscious work may include hypnotherapy/RTT® elements and/or breathwork depending on what supports you best.
Hypnotherapy and RTT® are both forms of guided subconscious work. They allow us to work with patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, or internal pressure — without reliving the past or analysing everything endlessly.
Sessions are designed to feel:
-
Calm and contained
-
Grounded and supportive
-
Focused on meaningful change at a subconscious level
There is no expectation to “perform,” relax in a certain way, or have a particular kind of experience.
Step 3: Integration & Ongoing Support
Time and space are built in to help the work settle and integrate.
This may include gentle reflection, supportive guidance, or practical ways to support change between sessions — depending on what feels appropriate for you. There’s no pressure to “do it right” or to make anything happen. Integration unfolds gradually, as your system adjusts and responds in its own way.
If further sessions feel helpful, we’ll talk that through together and decide on next steps collaboratively.
What Sessions Feel Like
Many people arrive with understandable questions about what sessions will actually feel like — especially if anxiety is already part of their experience.
Sessions are calm, guided, and collaborative. You remain aware and in control throughout, and we move at a pace that feels steady and supportive for you. There’s no pressure to relax, open up, or have a particular kind experience.
Clients often describe sessions as:
-
Grounding
-
Settling
-
Surprisingly gentle
Some notice a sense of clarity or insight; others simply feel more at ease in their body and mind. There’s no “right” way for it to feel.
If at any point something doesn’t feel right, you’re free to pause, speak up, or stop. Your comfort and sense of safety always come first.
How Breathwork Fits In
Breathwork is one of the ways I work with clients — either as a standalone practice or as a supportive part of hypnotherapy or RTT®, depending on your needs and preferences.
Some people are drawn to breathwork for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, or reconnecting with the body. Others experience it as a gentle support for grounding, insight, or integration.
Breathwork is always introduced with care and consent. There is no expectation of intensity, emotional release, or a particular outcome. Whether breathwork is part of your work with me — or not — is something we decide together.

Online & In-Person Sessions
Sessions are available both in person in Sydney and online Australia-wide and internationally, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
In-person sessions take place in Sydney’s Inner West, in calm, private spaces designed to feel supportive and contained. Online sessions are held via Zoom and are just as effective for this kind of work, many clients appreciate being able to join from their own familiar environment.
Whether we work together in person or online is something we can talk through during the free initial consultation. There’s no “better” option — just what feels right for you at this point.
