I offer personalised subconscious work for people looking to move beyond anxiety, self-doubt, and internal pressure.​ Work is tailored to you and your needs and is designed to help you create real change at the subconscious level. I support clients using clinical hypnotherapy, RTT® and trauma-informed breathwork.

 

If you’re unsure which approach is right for you, it is ok. We start with a free initial consultation via Zoom to explore which approach feels like the right fit.

Sessions are available in-person in Sydney (Balmain and Five Dock), or online Australia-wide and Internationally.

Anxiety & Overthinking

Support for anxiety, overthinking, emotional tension, and feeling constantly “on edge,” even when life looks fine on the outside.

Confidence & Self-Belief

Support for fear of being seen, readiness doubts, imposter syndrome, and the internal blocks that appear right at the edge of growth or change.

If neither feels quite right, that’s okay too. We’ll work it out together during our first conversation.

Ways We Can Work Together

Below are the main ways clients choose to work with me. You don’t need to decide upfront which approach is right — we’ll talk that through together during your free initial consultation.

Hypnotherapy Sessions & Subconscious Work

This is the core of my work and the most common way clients begin. Sessions are calm, structured, and highly personalised — guided by clear therapeutic frameworks. I work integratively, drawing on the most appropriate methods for you.

It is not about simply imprinting “positive thinking”, this process helps you work directly with subconscious patterns, the ones that keep running even when you logically “know better.”

We’re not forcing change. We’re helping your mind and nervous system feel safe enough to respond differently — so confidence and calm become natural.

Best for: anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, self-sabotage patterns, and feeling stuck in the same loop despite trying hard.

RTT Sessions (Focused Rapid Transformational Therapy®)

​​Some clients specifically seek Rapid Transformational Therapy® because they’re looking for a focused subconscious work that helps uncover root causes of their patterns and create meaningful shifts efficiently in the shortest timeframe possible.

RTT® is a powerful subconscious method that integrates hypnosis, NLP, psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioural techniques, along with personalised reinforcement tools to support change beyond the session.

Best for: a specific issue you want to shift efficiently, like confidence blocks, fear of being seen, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, performance pressure, or repeating self-sabotage.

Breathwork Sessions (Trauma-Informed, Nervous System-Led)

Breathwork is a body-based approach that supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper sense of calm and grounded presence.

My breathwork sessions are trauma-informed and are carefully facilitated, grounded in safety, attunement, and nervous system awareness — never forced, overwhelming, or intense.


Breathwork can be a dedicated session on its own, and it may also be used gently within subconscious work when it supports regulation and integration.

Best for: consistent stress and burnout, emotional pressure, nervous system regulation, and feeling more connected to yourself.

Online & In-Person Sydney Sessions

In-Person (Sydney Inner West)

Sydney sessions are available in Balmain and Five Dock in calm, private settings.

Online (Via Zoom) across Australia and internationally

Online sessions are just as effective for many people and allow you to relax in your own space. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of working online.

 

We can talk through what option feels best for you during your initial consultation.

Most clients begin with a free initial Zoom consultation, where we talk through what’s been happening for you and what you’re hoping to change.

If we decide to work together:

  • sessions are personalised

  • you remain aware and in control at all times

  • we move at a pace that feels safe and supportive

  • the focus is on creating change that feels natural and sustainable

 

You don’t need to know exactly how this works before you begin — you just need to feel open to exploring change with the right support.
