For when you are ready to feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, inner pressure, or the feeling that you cannot quite switch off, there is a way we can work together. You do not need to know which modality you need or have everything figured out before you begin.
Ways to work together in Sydney or online
There are two main ways to begin, depending on whether you are looking for personalised one-to-one support or a guided group experience.
You do not need to know the perfect starting point. Choose what feels most relevant now, or begin with a free consultation if you are unsure.
What to expect from 1:1 support
Sessions are shaped around what's actually happening for you, not a fixed script or step by step process. You remain aware and in control throughout, and the process moves at a pace that feels right for you.
We begin with a three-session commitment because deeper patterns usually need space to be understood, worked with and integrated. This gives us time to identify what may be sitting beneath the anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking or pressure, work with it gently, and support change over time.
In my work I use an integrated approach and your sessions may include clinical hypnotherapy, RTT®, breathwork, mindfulness-based integration and coaching-style support.
Online or In Person in Sydney:
Choose What Feels Right for You
It is completely normal to wonder whether online or in-person sessions are the better fit. Some people prefer the intimacy of being in the room together, while others feel more comfortable with the ease, flexibility and familiarity of joining from home.
Both formats can work beautifully. I am trained in online hypnotherapy and have worked with clients across Australia and internationally. The quality of the work is not defined by distance, but by whether you feel safe, comfortable and supported in the space.
In-person sessions are available in Balmain and Five Dock in Sydney’s Inner West. These spaces are calm, private and thoughtfully held for deeper therapeutic work.
Online sessions are available via Zoom and give you the flexibility to join from wherever you are, in a way that fits more easily around your schedule.
Why we start with a free consultation
This kind of work requires real safety, trust and connection. Before we decide whether working together is the right next step, I want to understand what you are experiencing, and you need space to feel whether I am the right person to support you.
During your consultation, we will talk through what has been happening, what you are hoping to shift, and whether this work feels aligned for where you are now. If I feel another practitioner or form of support would be more appropriate, I will be honest with you and, where possible, point you in the right direction. And if you are not ready yet, that is completely okay too.
I work with a limited number of one-to-one clients at a time so I can give each person the presence, focus and care their process deserves.
Common Questions Before Getting Started
Not Sure Where to Start?
That is completely okay. You do not need to choose the “right” modality or have everything figured out before you begin.
The initial consultation is a confidential, no-pressure conversation where we can explore what has been happening, what you are hoping to shift, and whether this work feels aligned for you.
