Hi, I’m Natalia, founder of Everyday Mindset and I’m glad you’re here.

I believe success should not come at the cost of your peace, your health or your connection to yourself.

I know what it can feel like to achieve, provide, show up and keep going while quietly feeling disconnected, tense or unsure inside.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent over 15 years in advertising and senior client-facing roles, so I understand the pressure of high-performing environments, the constant responsibility and the mental load that can come with balancing work, ambition and family.

Today, I work with driven professionals and business owners who are ready to quiet the noise, trust themselves again, and build a life that actually feels like theirs.

My approach is grounded, personalised and practical. I combine clinical hypnotherapy, RTT®, coaching-style reflection and trauma-informed breathwork.

Natalia is a professional member of the Australian Hypnotherapists' Association and the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists, a certified RTT® therapist, and an ICF-accredited coach trained through Erickson Coaching International. Her training also includes certification with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, certified meditation and mindfulness teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia, and certification as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator.
