In our breathwork sessions, we create a safe and supportive environment where you can fully relax and let go. You'll be guided through various breathing techniques designed to help you access and release stored emotions, clear your mind, and connect with your true self.

When we include breathwork in your healing journey—alongside hypnotherapy—I also bring in guided visual meditations and simple mind-rewiring techniques inspired by neuroscience and NLP that use language, imagery, and your goals to help your subconscious shift more easily.

In addition to my regular Breathwork Sessions, I also offer something even deeper for those moments when you want a little extra support. It’s called Breathwork with Access Bars — a gentle, energy-based experience that doesn’t rely on talking or analysing.

Think of it as an upgrade to your session.


While the breath helps you release tension from your body and calm your nervous system, Access Bars works on clearing the energetic “clutter” that builds up in your mind — the worries, the old stories, the patterns you’ve been carrying for far too long.

You simply lie back, breathe, and allow your body to reset while I lightly touch specific points on your head. Many people describe it as deeply relaxing, freeing, and surprisingly powerful.

 

It’s perfect for you if you’re looking for more ease, more clarity, and a sense of lightness, without having to say a word.
