This relaxing therapy involves gently touching 32 specific points on your head, known as 'Bars.' These points are where you’ve stored all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and emotions you've accumulated throughout your lifetime. As these Bars are activated, you might feel an immediate sense of relief, as if a burden has been lifted from your shoulders.

 

Imagine it like reformatting the hard drive of your computer. Why I decided to organise Syndey Sunday Access Bars® Sessions?

The journey to including Access Bars in my services began somewhat unexpectedly. While training in RTT under Marisa Peer in Dubai, the topic came up during a casual conversation with a peer. The simplicity and effectiveness of the technique immediately piqued my interest, as at the time a very close family member suffered from overwhelming fears, but was resistant to any traditional or alternative therapies. She happened to be with me in Dubai. The non-invasive nature of Access Bars made it an ideal approach for her. Skeptical but open, she agreed to try it—and the transformation I witnessed was profound. she noticed her fears began to diminish, and a new sense of peace emerged in her life. She was able to work on her business again and have a much better quality of sleep.

 

As a clinical hypnotherapist, certified RTT therapist, and a breathwork facilitator, I’ve been learning a variety of techniques that engage our subconscious mind to foster profound transformations in the shortest period of time. Seeing such remarkable changes firsthand, I knew I had to bring this modality to my clients.
